Serves: Make 1/4 cup - enough to toss with 1 pound of vegetables
Vegan!
Ingredients
4 teaspoons
Fresh Dill, minced
1 tablespoon
Shallot or Scallion
1 tablespoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
whole grain mustard
1/4 teaspoon
salt and pepper
Step by Step Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Toss over steamed vegetables
- Let sit 15 minutes for flavors to come together
